Arrangement

All tours on this website are arranged by Faroe Escapes in cooperation with local suppliers.

Registration

The agreement is binding on both parties when the payment or deposit has been paid. By paying, the customer confirms that they accept the terms and conditions of the product purchased as stated on the website.

Payment

The full amount of the tour is to be paid when booked.

Payment Using Credit Cards

Credit card fees will be applied at checkout and will be equal to the fee charged by Clearhaus.

Cancellation/Changes

• There is always a cancellation fee of DKK 500 per booking.

• Cancellation more than 28 days before the tour: 100% refund.

• Cancellation 27–14 days before the tour: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 14 days before the tour: no refund.

Complaints

Complaints should be made directly to Faroe Escapes so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible with the least inconvenience to the customer.

Weather Conditions

All tours in the Suduroy, as well as ferry avaibility, are weather-dependent. If tours are canceled due to bad weather, you will be refunded 75% of the full amount.

Governing Law

All claims against Faroe Escapes are to be settled according to Danish law. Complaints or cases that cannot be resolved by the Danish Travel Complaints Council shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Denmark.
